Travel expenses are included for locations within a 60-mile radius of our base. For events or shoots that require travel beyond 60 miles, a fee of $0.75 per mile will be applied for each additional mile. This ensures that we can continue to offer our services while keeping things fair and transparent. If your location exceeds 60 miles, we’ll provide an estimate of the additional travel costs ahead of time. Let us know if you have any questions about travel fees—we’re happy to work with you to make your session seamless!

Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priority, and we’ll do everything we can to ensure we still capture beautiful, memorable photos no matter the weather. If a reschedule isn’t possible, we’ll explore alternative locations that offer shelter or cover, so you don’t miss out on your special moments!
